PUBLIC LEAGUES

If you would like to participate in a MFS Head-to-Head league but cannot get enough commitment from other managers to create a full league, you can join a Public League. MFS offers two types of Public Leagues: one that pays a cash prize to the top finishers and one that offers all of the features of MFS, but no payout. Of course, the Public League with a cash payout costs more money to join due to the payout amount.  We charge for all Public Leagues as our pockets are not as deep as the majors and we need the money to offset the high cost of statistical data, programming and advertising. However, we offer all features to both Public Leagues. Public Leagues with payouts are available to satisfy the competitive nature of our ardent customers. Each Public League offering has a slightly different configuration; hopefully giving you one that matches your interests. We offer the choice of draft type and draft date.  We do stack the Public League draft dates up in the last 2 weeks leading up until the start of the season to give our participants ample time to survey position battles and injury assessments.
